About Adam:

Creator of the sport of Roofball and Founder of the Roofball Federation of America, Adam Willis was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon.

A 1993 graduate of Beaverton High School, Willis moved on to George Washington University in Washington, DC. He lived in the DC area for seven years, first in college and then as a member of the staff of the USA Today Sports section, where he worked from 1996-2000.

In January of 2000, Willis left USA Today for a job at ESPN in Bristol, Connecticut, where he worked for seven years. He moved back to Beaverton in January of 2007 and now works for Comcast SportsNet in Portland.

In addition to Willis's numerous Roofball awards, he's also a 2-time Emmy Award winner for his work on ESPN's SportsCenter.

Brother of Elizabeth Willis, Roofball's first-ever female contestant and 9-time Roofball Women's Champion.
